Your textbooks, narrated and animated.
Lessons, picture books, films and pages to explore, in your own style.
What your material can become
LessonsLinear Algebra, 40 chaptersEach step animates in time with the voice; quick checks grade the answer by what it means, not how it is typed.
Films and shortsThe Pandemic, a film and 6 shortsOne documentary, also cut as upright shorts for a phone feed and told as a scroll story.
Picture booksLittle Red Riding HoodPaper-puppet films with voices and music; children tap the picture to hear words.
Pages to exploreTime of the MagiciansMaps and scenes the reader plays; the story waits for their move.
The tool is open. The standard is ours.
Papermorph is open source, with 1,000+ GitHub stars. You hire the team behind every book on the shelf:
- Direction
We plan each chapter as a script and a storyboard before anything moves, and you approve the script.
- Review rounds
Every chapter is watched against the approved ones and reworked until it matches them.
- Checks
Tests play every step and answer every question, so voice, picture and subtitles never drift.
Two ways to work
We make it
Quoted for each project, by chapter, episode or film.
- A folder of web pages you host anywhere, or embed in your own site or app
- Optional 1080p video with subtitles, or a SCORM package for your LMS
- You approve the script before any picture is drawn
We set it up for your team
A one-off technical service.
- The production kit set up in your style: type, colours, voices, templates
- The first chapters made together, as the standard for the rest
- A handbook and training; afterwards your team runs it on its own AI service accounts
How it starts
- Send your material
A PDF, a story or a link, and a short call: who reads it, and where.
- A paid trial
One chapter or episode of about three minutes, made from your own material, within a week. Its fee counts toward the order.
- A quote from the sample
The sample settles the shape, the style and the quality; the quote covers the rest.
- Production
We make the rest to the sample’s standard, in rounds you review. One-off, with no subscription.
Questions
What does every job include?
Static files, with no server, database or accounts to run; voice, picture and subtitles in step through pause, step back and replay; voices licensed for commercial use; and a set number of revision rounds, agreed up front. What we deliver belongs to you. We don’t offer hosting, subscriptions, apps with logins or live-action filming.
How long does a chapter take?
It depends on its length and shape. The trial shows how much work your material needs, and the quote comes with dates.
Which languages can the narration be in?
English, Japanese, Chinese and most other major languages. The player itself speaks English, Japanese, Chinese and Russian, and lines in another language are subtitled.
Can it go inside our own site, app or LMS?
Yes. A book is plain static files you can host, link or embed, and it can also be packaged as SCORM or rendered to video. We test on the browsers and devices you name.
How is the content checked?
You approve the script first. Answers are graded by meaning, every step is played through by tests, and each chapter goes through review rounds before you see it.
Is our material kept confidential?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before you send anything, and your material is used only for your project.
Who owns the result?
You do. Public-domain pictures and data keep their own licences, which we list beside them.
Who we are
A small team of web developers in Fukuoka, Japan. Years of building web products mean what we make fits into your own site or app. We made Papermorph and every book on its shelf.
